The Quiz Show Challenge – 30 to 90 minutes
The game consists of 3-5 game show consoles each with buzzers/buttons, mics and digital scoring. Usually 3 works best for quick games. [7-8 minutes a game.]
We can have single contestants, partners [2 at each console] or trios [3 at each console].
Each team starts with 1000 pts, first team to 2000 pts wins. Teams receive 200 pts for correct answers and lose 100 pts for wrong answers.
The Quiz Show Challenge uses many types questions. General knowledge questions, plus those below, make the game very interactive and fast paced.
Examples of some of these special questions are:
Detective Challenge – given a series of clues, hit your buzzer when you think you know the answer.
Secret Song – name this pop song disguised as a polka.
Computer Password - name this password that contains the word ______ .
and many others.
